Stuck at the same sprint time for a year? Find the one phase costing you tenths — and fix it in 12 weeks.
Latest result: Raul, 30m fly 3.35 → 3.21 in 8 weeks.
You train 4–5 times a week. You race every season. And your PB is the same number it was last year. You're not lazy and you're not too old. You're training the wrong thing.
Start training with me →The problem
You do everything right.
You show up. You train hard. You race.
And every season, the clock says the same thing.
That's the worst part. Not being slow — being stuck. Working harder than ever and having nothing to show for it.
The bottleneck
Why what you've tried doesn't work
“Just train more.”
More volume doesn't fix a weak link. If you lose time out of the blocks, extra top-speed work won't find it.
“Copy the pros.”
Elite programs are built for full-time athletes with full-time recovery. You have a job.
“Follow the club plan.”
A group plan trains the group. Your limiter is yours alone.
“Random Instagram drills.”
Good drills in the wrong order, for the wrong problem, are still the wrong training.
The method
The Limiting Phase Method
Every sprint has four phases: start, acceleration, top speed and speed endurance. Plateaued sprinters are almost always losing time in one of them.
- 1TestSimple timed runs show exactly which phase is costing you.
- 2TargetYour training is rebuilt around that phase.
- 3RetestEvery 4 weeks we measure again. You see the numbers move before race day.

FAQ
FAQ
How much time do I need?+
3–5 sessions a week, 60–90 minutes each, planned around your job.
Am I good enough?+
If you train and compete and you're stuck, yes. The plan starts from your numbers, not an elite standard.
What equipment do I need?+
A track or any flat 60m straight, a basic gym, and your phone for filming and timing.
Will this work for me?+
Your plan is built from your own testing, so it's specific to you. And the guarantee means you don't carry the risk.
I'm over 30. Is it too late?+
No. Recovery gets planned in, not ignored. Plenty of sprinters run PBs in their 30s.
Can I start mid-season?+
Yes. We'll plan around your races.
I'm injured. Can I join?+
Get cleared by a physio first. This is performance coaching, not rehab.
1 month or 3 months?+
Breaking a plateau takes a full training block. Raul took 8 weeks to go from 3.35 to 3.21 in the 30m fly. That's why 3 months is recommended, and it's €100 cheaper.
How is the coaching delivered?+
Fully online. After payment you fill in a short intake form, and your first plan arrives within 3 business days.
How do I contact you?+
Email karleriknazarov@speedmaxxing.net. I reply within 2 business days.
